The Chief Financial Officer position will be reporting to the CEO. The CFO is responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
The candidate for Chief Financial Officer should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Ideally candidate has experience working in public accounting and in the construction industry and has a minimum of 12 years combined experience. Ideally this person should have experience in partnering with or reporting to an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Finance and/or Certified Public Accountants.
The Equipment Service Specialist will report to the Fleet Manager. The job responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate for the Equipment Service Specialist would have some knowledge of heavy equipment or a strong desire to learn the industry. The candidate should be detail oriented and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Excel and computer experience is desired.
